Associate Veterinarian
Position: Full or part time Associate Veterinarian needed for well staffed, privately owned full service small animal and exotic hospital in the Finger Lakes region of New York.
Overview: Experienced veterinarians and licensed veterinary technicians trained in low stress handling. In clinic and house call services provided. 2.5:1 Technician to doctor ratio. Well stocked clinic with digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound, video otoscopy, rhinoscopy and endoscopy, oxygen therapy, advanced monitoring, in house blood analyzers, electrocautery, acupuncture, quality instrumentation. Cloud based practice management system, (ezyVet). We offer general and advanced medical consultation, treatment, soft tissue and orthopedic surgical services. Ability to hospitalize and treat in house or send to specialists and emergency centers. Flexible opportunities for house call and in clinic consultations, more or less surgery. Experienced mentoring available. Internships welcomed. Closed on weekends, no on call.
